Tofu Broiled

Tofu-Broiled with vegetables seasoned such as meat, including garlic, pepper and salt and heated in a pan.

For this recipe again Firm Tofu is very good, because it is fried.

As side fresh vegetables lends itself to, like peppers, mushrooms such as:. Shiitake or Maitake, tomatoes and other vegetables.

  • Ingredient List:

  • 400 to 600g firm Tofu
  • Cut peppers
  • 50 to 100g shiitake mushrooms
  • 50 to 100g maitake mushrooms
  • 200g tomatoes
  • Garlic
  • Sesame oil or other vegetable oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Soy sauce, mirin
  • Flour

First, drain the tofu well, cut the peppers, mushrooms and tomatoes chop coarsely, peel the garlic and chop it a little.

Heat a little sesame oil or other vegetable oil in a pan and add the garlic, roast gently, add the vegetables and fry for a few minutes.

Then pour into a bowl and heat on the vegetables to lowest setting.

Cut the tofu into pieces, then season with salt and pepper and strew it with some flour.

Put a little oil in a pan and heat it, add the tofu to the pan and fry it on all sides as best you can.

If the tofu pieces are fried ready, they can be served together with the vegetables. It might be possible that a little soy sauce and mirin can be added.
